The latest version of Honda’s executive sedan segment has recently made its Philippine debut featuring a refreshed exterior and an upgraded interior. The 2016 Accord is fitted with design updates as seen on its new sharper-looking LED headlights with daytime running lights, a restyled grille, a revamped front bumper, and LED multi-projector lamps. Honda’s executive sedan also gets a new rear bumper design and LED taillights. Through this design tweaks, the Accord looks bolder and more composed.

The interior of the 2016 Accord looks relatively similar to the previous model available in the Philippines. However, Honda did make some design upgrades in certain areas. The Accord’s intelligent multi-information display (i-MID) has an improved display resolution while the 2.4 S Navi variant now comes with auxiliary switch, which allows the rear passenger to adjust the front seat according to his/her preference.

The 2016 Accord is available in 2 variants: 2.4 S Navi and 3.5 SV Navi. The former delivers a max power output of 173 hp. It is then connected to a 5-speed automatic transmission. The latter generates 277 hp and comes with a 6-speed automatic transmission. If you’re looking for a sedan that possess an executive aura then the 2016 Accord might be the vehicle for you.

The all-new Civic has a new aggressive styling on both exterior and interior ends. Its stance is low and wide; its character lines are sharp and well-defined. This aerodynamic styling is further improved by its LED head, tail, and daytime running lights. Inside, the multi-information display goes back within the gauge clusters, which was new to the predecessor before.

The 10th generation Civic is available in the Philippines in either the 1.8L or the new 1.5L turbocharged engine (RS variant) which is a first for this Japanese automaker. Also new to the Civic is its Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) which was developed under Honda Earth Dreams Technology which delivers fun yet powerful driving experience.

The all-new 10th generation Honda Civic is available in new color variants such as Cosmic Blue Metallic and Midnight Burgundy Pearl. Though, you can still buy it in Lunar Silver Metallic, White Orchid Pearl, Modern Steel Metallic, and Rallye Red color options.
